Children of the Nation
Our Life Group (like a bible study group at church) decided to help out with Children of the Nations for Christmas this year. We packaged 4000 bags of rice/beans/spices that will be sent to people in one of four countries with orphaned and destitute children who desperately need food. It was a great time and we are so proud of little Izzy for helping out. She doesn't understand completely but she does know that she was helping to make food for kids who are hungry. I love this! What an awesome ministry, and what an important lesson to teach Izzy at this age. It will change the whole way she views Christmas!
