We moved!

I know I still have to put up Easter dress pics, I'll get to it.  Things have been a little hectic in the Wilson family because we moved last week!  Our 12 month lease was up on the house and we decided to downsize to an apartment with a 4 month lease until the economy/Jim's job decide what the heck is going on.  The move went pretty smoothly although it is always harder than you expect.  Izzy did great and is now in her "big girl" day bed and sleeping through the night so much better than when she was in a crib.  Who knew that's what she needed?  The new apartment is small but cool because there is a playground, heated pool, fitness center and the library is right next door.  The small part is actually ok because it is easier to keep clean.  I'll take pictures and post them when I find the camera ;)  

Easter Egg Hunt

Our church had a pancake breakfast and Easter egg hunt for the kiddos this morning.  This was Izzy's first ever Easter egg hunt and she wasn't exactly sure what to do.  They let the little kids 2 and under have their own hunt which was just picking out a bunch of eggs (not hidden) on the grass.  There were enough for each kid to have 12 but Izzy picked up one and was done.  We urged her to go back in and get more but she was happy with her one purple egg with a sticker.  She eventually picked up one other egg and put in in another girl's basket!  On the plus side I don't have to eat all of her candy which will make my doctor's scale happy!  More pics to follow tomorrow.

After church and lunch we took a long nap and then headed to a beautiful park in Seattle at the UW campus, on Lake Washington with a great view of the city.  It was 70 degrees and sunny - HOORAY for the SUN - so we made the most of it and stayed out until dark.  I forgot to bring the camera to the park so you just have to use your imagination - mostly Izzy and her Daddy ran around kicking a ball and squealing with glee (Jimmy just loves to squeal with glee :) )
